Job Responsibility:

  • Meet with crew lead person for bird per men hour standard for the farm(s) required for the shifts catch
  • Ride with crew to farm for bird pickup
  • Help keep crew vehicle clean inside and out
  • Catch required number of Birds per Man Hour (BPMH)
  • Report any unsafe condition or unsafe act
  • Work in a safe manner
  • Help load forklifts and any other equipment needed
  • Attend all safety meetings required
  • Attend any crew meetings required
  • Work hours will vary
  • Must be able to work at night

Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule
