Accurately pack customer orders according to products requested on order form. Pack completed orders in such a manner as to protect the product from loss or damage
Receive finished goods from manufacturing and perform put away into inventory following first in first out
Receive scrap material from manufacturing, catalog scrap material and discard
Receive samples/equipment from internal parties within the company and prepare/ship samples/equipment to requested consignee
Follow established company policies and procedures and apply acquired job skills to pick up, load and deliver finished product from manufacturing plant to local hospitals and clinics
Ensures good customer relations by consistently delivering orders on time, behaving with integrity in a courteous and professional manner and appropriately receiving customer concerns or complaints
