Job Description

Position: Chemistry Teacher. Location: Enfield. Contract Type: Full Time Permanent position. Start Date: September 2026. Qualification: QTS, SEN experience. Randstad Education is seeking dedicated Chemistry Teachers to join forward-thinking, supportive science departments. We are looking for STEM specialists who love hands-on inquiry, real-world problem-solving, and helping students think like scientists. This is a full time permanent position and you will be required to support five days a week Monday - Friday inline with school hours.

Job Responsibility

  • Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Use formative assessment data, such as questioning and exit tickets, to raise student achievement
  • Scaffold complex scientific resources in real-time to support SEND and EAL learners
  • Maintain a safe and organised laboratory environment following strict safeguarding policies
  • Act as a force for social change by closing the educational gap through high-quality STEM instruction
