Job Description:

As part of the development of Ipsilon, we are recruiting a Manager to supervise a team of Patent Engineers specialized in the fields of Chemistry. The position is based in Paris.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise a team of Patent Engineers specialized in Chemistry
  • Ensure monitoring and reporting of team's contribution to Paris team activity
  • Ensure balance of workload and distribution of tasks to promote development and skills development of employees
  • Maintain a high level of commitment by ensuring a stimulating and motivating work environment
  • Ensure compliance with rules in place (procedures, absences, timetables, etc.) and oversee billing
  • Expand and diversify the firm's patent clientele and support team members during strategic meetings
  • Help strengthen the firm's reputation by actively participating in external events
  • Assist clients in obtaining, maintaining, exploiting or defending their patents

Requirements:

  • Higher education in engineering and/or medicine
  • Industrial property consultant and European attorney
  • Experience in team management
  • Fluent in English
