Job Description

We are seeking a Chemist to support laboratory testing, analytical activities, and process support within a regulated manufacturing and laboratory environment. This role will be responsible for conducting routine and non‑routine chemical analyses, maintaining laboratory equipment, and supporting quality, safety, and compliance initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform chemical analyses using standard laboratory techniques and instrumentation (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV‑Vis, wet chemistry)
  • Document test results accurately in laboratory notebooks, datasheets, or electronic systems
  • Prepare reagents, standards, and samples according to established procedures
  • Troubleshoot analytical methods and instrumentation issues as needed
  • Support method development, method validation, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Follow GMP, GLP, and safety regulations at all times
  • Maintain laboratory organization, cleanliness, and equipment calibration records
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline
  • Hands‑on laboratory experience (academic, internship, or industry)
  • Familiarity with analytical instrumentation and standard lab techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Nice to have

  • Industry experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or specialty manufacturing
  • Experience working in GMP and/or regulated laboratory environments
  • Exposure to method development, validation, or stability testing
