A private equity–backed chemical manufacturer is seeking a hands-on Plant Manager to lead operations at a recently acquired batch chemical manufacturing facility. The site is in an active turnaround and growth phase, creating a high-impact opportunity for a leader who excels in fast-paced, execution-focused environments. This is a build-and-lead role, not a maintenance position. The Plant Manager will be responsible for establishing structure, driving accountability, and building a performance-oriented culture within a 24/7 batch chemical operation. The facility employs approximately 40 team members across four shifts and supports a tolling manufacturing model handling moderately hazardous materials. You will have full ownership of plant performance while partnering closely with engineering, regulatory, lab, and warehouse teams to support ongoing expansion and operational improvement.
