Job Description:

We are looking for a Chemical Operator to join our team and play a critical role in supporting a wide range of activities for the production process; including packaging, cleaning, formulation, and material movement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Calculate, weigh, and charge raw materials
  • Operate all processing equipment including blenders, mixers, mills, dryers, etc
  • Follow all operating procedures written and verbal
  • Weigh and label finished products, complete all production documentation
  • Perform in-process quality analysis tests
  • Participate in continuous improvement programs
  • Clean equipment and work area per standardized procedures

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50lbs multiple times per day
  • Ability to work a 12-hour shift
  • Flexibility to work different shifts
  • Ability to operate and maintain equipment according to safety, environmental and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
  • Ability to work in an environment that is not climate controlled
  • High School diploma or equivalent
