Minimum of 6 months or equivalent experience in a similar manufacturing or production environment, preferably in chemical filling or related fields

Job Responsibility

Operate filling equipment accurately and efficiently to fill chemical products according to specifications
Conduct regular quality checks to verify product labels, measure quantities, and inspect the overall quality of filled products
Identify and address any issues or abnormalities that may arise during the filling process, such as equipment malfunctions or product inconsistencies
Operate under good manufacturing practices, adhering to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Job Responsibility

Operate equipment such as mixers, crystallizers, pumps, dryers, centrifuges, ball mills, filters, cranes, heat exchangers, packaging equipment, calciners, boilers, kilns and other plant equipment
Responsible for the proper operation of the processes
Perform work routine in nature, other than installation of new equipment or repairs, as required to make and break connections to change the flow of materials or to clean or flush the process piping or hoses, using necessary tools required to accomplish same
Perform required checks for proper operation of the equipment and processing using necessary instruments, small hand tools, gauges, or laboratory ware
