As a Field Service Engineer, your responsibilities will be Setting up and configuring high-tech analytical instruments at client sites. Performing scheduled preventive maintenance and diagnosing/repairing technical malfunctions. Providing on-site customer service and troubleshooting to ensure seamless laboratory workflows. Managing service requests and coordinating tasks under the guidance of the Service Manager. Compiling detailed technical reports and documentation after each service visit.

Requirements:
University Degree in Chemistry, Physics, Agronomy, Food Technology, or a related scientific field
2-3 years of proven experience as a Service Engineer in the industry or as an Analyst with hands-on experience in operating analytical equipment
Basic knowledge of instrumentation such as GC, HPLC, FTIR, RAMAN, XRF, XRD, or ICP OES will be considered a significant advantage
Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal)
Valid Category B Driver's License and ability to travel
Nice to have:
