Job Responsibility

  • Develop and document comprehensive safety procedures for workers operating chemical equipment or conducting reactions, ensuring robust adherence to regulatory standards
  • Troubleshoot and provide expert guidance on resolving challenges in chemical manufacturing processes by training AI models with practical scenarios
  • Monitor, analyze, and interpret experimental and process data to refine AI understanding and outputs
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements for chemical equipment and processes to optimize performance and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Design, plan, and review equipment layouts for efficiency, safety, and scalability, incorporating feedback into AI training datasets
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance communication between human experts and AI systems
  • Contribute to continuous improvement processes by identifying gaps in AI knowledge and providing targeted training materials

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field
  • Strong foundation in chemical process engineering, including safety standards and data analysis
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing chemical manufacturing systems
  • Demonstrated experience in developing or applying safety protocols in chemical environments
  • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning
  • Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative setting using digital communication tools

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in AI model training, machine learning, or related data-driven initiatives
