Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to the design of new products and integrate cutting-edge technologies into the existing product portfolio
  • Focus on the continuous improvement of current formulas and perform technical benchmarking against market competitors
  • Oversee quality control procedures and ensure strict adherence to ISO standards and internal quality protocols
  • Ensure all products and processes comply with international regulations (e.g., REACH, CLP) and industry standards
  • Evaluate and select raw materials in collaboration with the procurement department to ensure high-quality standards
  • Collaborate closely with the production department to provide technical guidance and adjust formulations when necessary
  • Ensure the safe handling, storage, and management of hazardous materials, maintaining a secure working environment

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related field
  • Professional experience in an industrial environment of up to 3 years
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO), regulatory compliance, and chemical safety protocols
  • Ability to solve complex technical problems with a focus on detail and performance optimization
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
