Provides substance use dependency counseling to patients in adult and geriatric age groups who have alcoholism and/or other drug addictions and their families. Job Responsibility:

Provides substance use dependency counseling to patients in adult and geriatric age groups who have alcoholism and/or other drug addictions and their families

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Chemical Dependency Counseling
  • Coursework/Training: Chemical Dependency Counseling
  • Upon hire: Washington Substance Use Disorder Professional License
  • Knowledge of ASAM criteria
  • Knowledge and application of WAC
  • Comfortable with diverse client populations
  • Multidisciplinary team involvement/interactions

Nice to have:
