Job Responsibility

Provide individual and group therapy services for patients enrolled in an intensive outpatient chemical dependency treatment program, including evening therapy sessions
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team
Obtain authorizations from managed care organizations to ensure appropriate reimbursement for services rendered
Coordinate and implement operational policies and procedures related to program functioning
Serve as a representative of the program to managed care organizations and other external partners
Establish and maintain external contacts where chemical dependency education and services are needed
Identify, investigate, and resolve client‑related issues to ensure high standards of care
Maintain clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and positive patient outcomes for the program
Participate in departmental teaching and research activities, as appropriate
Perform other related duties incidental to the responsibilities of the role
