Following the opening of LB’s Record Bar in Meyer’s Place and Totti’s at the Lorne Hotel, this is an exciting opportunity to join our next venue in Victoria. Expect high-energy, approachable modern Asian dining, led by a renowned executive chef. It’s a chance to begin your journey with Merivale and build a long-term career as we continue to expand in Melbourne. We're currently hiring both Full-Time and Casual: Chef de Parties, Demi Chef de Parties, Commis Chefs. We're looking for passionate chefs to join the opening team and play a key role in bringing this exciting concept to life.
