Merivale has changed the face of stadium food to deliver a fresh and exciting hospitality experience to Sydney’s key stadiums – the SCG and Allianz Stadium (SFS). Across both stadiums, we host some of Sydney’s biggest events including major sporting events and concerts performed by leading international artists. For this, we have pulled together an army of top Merivale talent, including executive chefs Jordan Toft, Dan Hong, Mike Eggert, Ben Greeno and Vincenzo Biondini. During your next visit to the SCG or SFS, expect a wide range of Merivale favourites, including Queen Chow, Totti’s, Vinnie’s Pizza, Jimmy’s Falafel wraps, and many more. The Roles: We’re now looking for Cooks, Commis Chefs, Chef de Parties and Junior Sous Chefs to join our talented teams across both Retail Outlets and Restaurants at the SCG and Allianz Stadium. We are currently looking for chefs in both casual and Full-time capacity.
