Across both stadiums, we host some of Sydney’s biggest events including major sporting events and concerts performed by leading international artists. For this, we have pulled together an army of top Merivale talent, including executive chefs Jordan Toft, Dan Hong, Mike Eggert, Ben Greeno and Vincenzo Biondini. The Roles: We’re now looking for Cooks, Commis Chefs, Chef de Parties and Junior Sous Chefs to join our talented teams across both Retail Outlets and Restaurants at the SCG and Allianz Stadium. We are currently looking for chefs in both casual and Full-time capacity.
Job Responsibility:
Lead a kiosk or section and train junior chefs in the retail space
Work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
Work in a large team and follow directions well
Requirements:
At least 2 years' experience working in a similar role in a commercial kitchen
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure

Great experience in the grill and pan section
Happy to work in a large team and follow directions well
Organised, efficient and a good communicator
Knowledge of different cuisines and techniques
