Job Description:

Leading restaurant operations at IKEA, ensuring high-quality food service, developing team members, and creating a better everyday life for customers through food that's good for both people and planet

Job Responsibility:

Ensuring operations of all food areas operate in accordance with IKEA Quality and Food Safety requirements
Promoting a safety first culture
Securing an irresistible food offer with quality and appealing range presentation
Utilizing commercial opportunities to grow sales and profitability
Ensuring customers are always in focus with daily dialogue and feedback
Maintaining kitchen area and ensuring daily work routines are followed

Requirements:

Advanced knowledge of food production and food safety
Experience working in a retail environment and food service business
Experience leading and developing a team
Ability to perform data analysis and business management
Good communication level in Portuguese and English
