We are looking for quality and talented Commis, Demi and CDP's to join our kitchen teams across Sydney on a casual or full-time basis. We currently have opportunites at Mr Wong, Queen Chow Enmore, Mumu, Hotel Centennial, Felix, and across our Stadiums and Events team.
Requirements:
2-3+ years relevant experience in the industry
Knowledge around different cuisines and cooking techniques
Worked in fast paced, high-end restaurant, pub, cafe, or hotel
Good organisation and the ability to train junior staff
An understanding of HACCP and hygiene practices
Good communication skills, attitude and be a team player
Knowledge around stocktake, ordering food and wage costs
