Job Description:

Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as Chef responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in accordance with TUI concept standards, ensuring food safety and cleanliness while maintaining an efficient and well organised kitchen. You work closely with other kitchen teams to deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and specifications
Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion consistency
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation at all times
Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring minimal waste
Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure smooth service
Address any issues with food preparation or service promptly and professionally
Promote good communication with all Kitchen and Food & Beverage teams to deliver a high-quality culinary experience and troubleshoot any issues

Requirements:

Passionate about delivering a high-quality culinary experience
A good standard of English is required
Local or other European languages are highly advantageous
Previous chef experience is required – preferably within a busy hospitality/hotel setting is highly desirable
A guest focused mindset and ability to adapt quickly
A strong team player
