Chef de Partie, Full-time, 37 – 40 hours per week. Cafe is open 9am – 5pm every day. Flexible start times – You must be able to work weekends.
Job Responsibility:
Taking ownership of the section you are allocated – prepping, cooking, plating dishes to the Company specifications
To maintain the highest standard of food preparation, cooking and storage at the site
Take an active role in cost reduction, control of resources and portion control
Working in line with Barons’ Food Safety and Health & Safety requirements, policies and procedures – effectively contributing to maintaining a safe working environment
Requirements:
