The menu is varied, you could be cooking: sandwiches/baguettes, salads, steak and chips, curry, soups, chilli as examples and you will be responsible to run the kitchen during your shift, preparing food to order while complying with health and safety and cleanliness standards, and to assist the Kitchen Manager with the development and profitability of the café.
Job Responsibility:
