Our Lounge teams work in some of the world’s most renowned airport lounges across Australia, providing first class hospitality to travellers looking for a touch of luxury, sophistication, and the highest service standards that our country has to offer. The roles will see you interacting with local and international guests, and no two days will ever be the same.
Job Responsibility:
Preparing the service with delicious food using first-class produce
Ensure OH&S compliance, adhering to safe work practices and food handling procedures
Ensure all catering controls are in place, and wastage is kept to a minimum
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control, and cleanliness in accordance with Compass standards
Requirements:
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Skilled in buffet-style and à la carte service, with strong time management and allergen awareness
Knowledge of HACCP and safe food handling practices
Passionate about food and delivering exceptional customer service
Flexible with roster patterns and willing to obtain an ASIC security clearance (provided by us)
