Job Responsibility:
Assisting and oversee the preparation, cooking and presentation ensuring that the food you offer at the site is delivered to an exceptional standard across our menus and daily specials
Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating
Championing the significance of allergy awareness and ensuring controls are adhered to
Influencing food costs via portion control, waste minimisation & stock control
Ensure the safe production of a high-quality product without comprise to the food safety guidelines provided
Requirements:
Chef's Trade Qualifications
Must be able to work autonomously as only chef on site
Must be comfortable with customer interaction and using the POS from time to time
Strong attention to detail, and ability to communicate to juniors & senior members of staff
An applied knowledge and passion for understanding OHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
