Chef ( Casual ) | Holland Park Hotel | Dream big with us! Are you a trade-qualified Chef looking for a dynamic role in a local landmark? Holland Park Hotel is seeking a motivated and skilled casual Chef to join our fast-paced kitchen team. We focus on delivering high-quality bistro favorites in a high-volume environment, so you'll need to be efficient, reliable, and passionate about consistent food standards. We require excellent availability to work a rotating roster that includes days, nights, weekends and public holidays. Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high quality dishes that “WOW” our guests
  • Contribute positively to our culture which is centred around safety and hygiene, keeping the guest experience at the heart of everything you do
  • Maintain a consistent standard of high quality and well presented dishes that align with the ALH standard

Requirements

  • You have great experience working in a fast paced kitchen and hold necessary trade cooking qualifications
  • You understand that the recipe for an exceptional guest experience contains the perfect mix of passion, precision and productivity
  • Strong organisation and communication skills to create the best possible outcomes for our guests and the team
  • You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
  • This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
