As Chef, you will responsible for preparing, producing and presenting superior quality food in a timely and professional manner. You will place the highest importance on food safety and hygiene with food preparation and presentation to ensure our Owners and guests dining in have a memorable dining experience. You will also have the opportunity to assist our Executive Chef in menu creation. You will provide effective, efficient and professional food and Beverage service and maintain the highest level of customer service to ensure all needs for the owners and guests are met.

Requirements
2 years experience as a Chef or similar position, within a resort/hotel environment is desirable
Trade Qualified (Certificate III Commercial Cookery)
Place highest importance to food safety and hygiene of food preparation
Prepare, produce and present all foods in accordance with identified Food Hygiene and Health and Safety standards
Focus on the importance of customer service
Display an open friendly manner and positive attitude and team spirit
Follow given tasks to completion and to the best of your ability
Communicate promptly, clearly and concisely to Chef and team members on all matters
Hold appropriate qualifications
Be able to work productively in a fast paced, changing workplace
