Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience as a CDP or above in high quality kitchens, including corporate dining, well-regarded restaurants, or hotels
  • Proven experience in premium events, high-end corporate catering or refined dining
  • A genuine passion for cooking and delivering exceptional food in a timely manner
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to culinary excellence
  • A calm, respectful demeanour, along with confident and clear communication, is essential in this environment
  • Exceptional grooming and personal presentation in all settings
