We are seeking an exceptional Chef - White Coat to join our prestigious hospitality team, dedicated to serving Hall of Fame guests. This role blends culinary expertise with front-of-house excellence. As a visible representative of our culinary team, the Chef White Coat is expected to greet guests with warmth, attend to their culinary needs, and oversee the seamless coordination of food and beverage service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Warmly welcome all Hall of Fame guests with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Serve as the primary culinary liaison, ensuring guests feel valued and attended to
  • Oversee the execution of food and beverage service for special guests, ensuring timing, presentation, and quality meet the highest standards
  • Communicate with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure a flawless guest experience
  • Tend to special dietary requests, menu customizations, or culinary inquiries from guests
  • Assist in the preparation and final presentation of key dishes as needed
  • Maintain a pristine, polished appearance in full chef whites as a symbol of culinary excellence
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and hospitality at all times
  • Coordinate the setup and breakdown of dining areas for Hall of Fame functions
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a high-end culinary or hospitality setting
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
