We're building the kitchen team for our brand-new Megan's in Oxford, and we're looking for brilliant chefs to be part of it from day one. As part of the kitchen team, you'll be right in the middle of the action. You'll work closely with your team to deliver consistently great food, keep standards high, and make sure every plate that leaves the kitchen is spot on. This is a fast-paced kitchen with fresh food, high standards, and no shortcuts. You'll need to be organised, switched on, and take real pride in what you put out. Fresh food, high standards, strong team, that's the deal.

  • Take ownership - of their section, their prep, and their standards
  • Work properly as part of a team (no egos, no lone wolves)
  • Stay calm under pressure and keep things moving
  • Care about consistency, quality, and doing things the right way
What we offer:
  • 50% off when you dine with your favourite people
  • Proper team socials
  • Employee Assistance Programme - free, confidential support 24/7
