The role is for a Chef Manager / Relief Chef Manager, initially supporting for 3 months at Soham Village College, with a permanent role at another IFG location to be confirmed. Working Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm (45 hours per week), 42 weeks per year (term time, inset days and 3 additional weeks).

Requirements:
Experienced Chef Manager
Great cooking skills
People management skills
Experience cooking with fresh seasonal ingredients at volume
Experience managing a kitchen
Experience liaising directly with onsite clients
Ability to head up a team and ensure smooth service
Adherence to all due diligence
Successful candidates are required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure and children’s barred list check
