Job Responsibility:
Preparing and serving a varied range of hot and cold breakfast and lunch options
Leading, motivating, and managing the kitchen team on a daily basis
Ensuring excellent standards of food quality, presentation, and service
Maintaining high levels of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene compliance
Menu planning, costing, and budget management
Ordering stock and managing kitchen supplies efficiently
Ensuring all regulatory and company standards are consistently met
Carrying out line management responsibilities
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef Manager or Catering Manager
Strong communication and organisational skills
A solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and compliance requirements
The ability to lead, motivate, and support a team in a busy kitchen environment
