We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Chef Manager to join our dedicated catering team, who produce outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients in this highly innovative corporate environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to consistently deliver high-quality food service for an additional 80 covers (+4 covers per day)
  • Ensure smooth service flow, maintaining efficiency and standards during increased demand
  • Adapt staffing and prep schedules to meet rising cover volumes without compromising quality
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 12 kitchen staff
  • Conduct training, performance reviews, and succession planning to build a strong, skilled team

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years experience
