We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef Manager to lead our catering operation and manage a team of 11 staff. Job Responsibility:
Lead, manage, and develop a team of 11 catering staff
Plan and deliver high-quality, nutritious menus
Manage food ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships
Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies
Oversee hospitality events and special catering requests
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and kitchen organisation
Ensure smooth operation of vending services
Requirements:
Proven experience in a Chef Manager, Head Chef, or senior catering role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
Financial awareness with experience managing budgets and GP
