• Experienced Chef Manager or Head Chef used to high-pressure environments
• A confident leader who thrives in fast-paced, demanding operations
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build credibility quickly
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills
• Hands-on, resilient, and solutions-focused
• Passionate about delivering consistent, high-quality food
• Desirable: NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent catering qualification
