Chef Manager - Central London. Hours: 37.5 hours per week/ 8am to 4pm / Monday to Friday. This isn’t your average 9–5 kitchen, it’s a dynamic, multi-service operation where no two days look the same, and standards never drop. From breakfast rush to polished hospitality, you’ll be the driving force behind a busy, high-volume food operation, delivering exceptional food, leading from the front, and building strong client relationships along the way.
Job Responsibility
Lead from the front in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
Deliver consistently high-quality food and service standards
Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships
Oversee all food preparation and ensure smooth, efficient service
Take full responsibility for kitchen operations, stock, and ordering
Drive standards in food safety, hygiene, and compliance (COSHH/Food Hygiene)
Manage, coach, and develop your team to ensure high performance
Maintain a well-organised, efficient, and positive kitchen culture
Requirements
Experienced Chef Manager or Head Chef used to high-pressure environments
A confident leader who thrives in fast-paced, demanding operations
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build credibility quickly
Highly organised with excellent communication skills
Hands-on, resilient, and solutions-focused
Passionate about delivering consistent, high-quality food
