As a Chef de Rang, you will lead a station in our signature restaurant, ensuring every meal becomes a memorable occasion. Job Responsibility:
Anticipate guest needs, offer suggestions, and respond promptly to concerns and requests
Supervise and lead a small team of waiters on your station, ensuring smooth service
Accurately process guest checks and payments using Micros system
Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, wines, and signature cocktails
Act as a Designated Trainer, supporting and developing team members’ knowledge
Oversee the dining area in the absence of the Manager on Duty
Requirements:
Strong leadership skills and passion for hospitality
Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Good business acumen and problem-solving skills
Fluent English communication skills
1–2 years of previous experience in Food & Beverage service
