Job Description:

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, responsible for ensuring exceptional service and attention to Guests at the swimming pool during the summer season.

Job Responsibility:

  • Management of commis de rang, Demi-chef de rang, trainees and apprentices
  • Carry trays correctly, clear and straighten tables
  • Know the menu and the Chef's suggestions
  • Know and talk about products and their preparation
  • Ensure exceptional service and attention to Guests
  • Describe food and beverage selection to Guests
  • Close Guest checks
  • Be highly visible in the operation
  • Deliver superior service with dedication
  • Provide an attentive and distinctive experience for Guests

Requirements:

  • Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems
  • Must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application
  • Fluency in French and English
