Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking passionate and service-oriented Chef de Rang to join our team for the 2026 summer season. Opportunities are available in Il Palagio Restaurant (Breakfast Service) and Al Fresco Trattoria (Dinner Service). As a Chef de Rang, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. You will provide attentive and professional food and beverage service, anticipate guests’ needs, expertly guide them through menu selections, and create memorable moments that reflect the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
Job Responsibility
Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness
Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction
offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards
Requirements
+2 Years food service experience, ideally in a luxury environment
An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
Proficiency in using the Micros Operating System
Fluency in English and Italian
