Job Description

Reporting to the In Room Dining Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests in the privacy of their rooms.

Job Responsibility

  • Taking and placing room service orders
  • Setting up and serving food and beverages according to Four Seasons standards
  • Ensuring accuracy, presentation, and timeliness of service
  • Interacting directly with guests, providing menu explanations and personalized recommendations
  • Anticipating guest needs, managing special requests, and ensuring a flawless service experience from order taking to clearance
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas
  • Handling guest feedback professionally
  • Collaborating closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure operational excellence

Requirements

  • One + years of experience as a Chef de Rang or similar role within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or high-end hospitality environment is considered an asset
  • Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity and a strong customer service mindset
  • High attention to detail and a guest-centric approach
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining Four Seasons service excellence
  • Passion for hospitality and understanding the importance of guest preferences
