Reporting to the In Room Dining Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests in the privacy of their rooms.
Job Responsibility:
Taking and placing room service orders
Setting up and serving food and beverages according to Four Seasons standards
Ensuring accuracy, presentation, and timeliness of service
Interacting directly with guests, providing menu explanations and personalized recommendations
Anticipating guest needs, managing special requests, and ensuring a flawless service experience from order taking to clearance
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas
Handling guest feedback professionally
Collaborating closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure operational excellence
Requirements:
One + years of experience as a Chef de Rang or similar role within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or high-end hospitality environment is considered an asset
Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Cross-cultural sensitivity and a strong customer service mindset
High attention to detail and a guest-centric approach
Ability to work independently while maintaining Four Seasons service excellence
Passion for hospitality and understanding the importance of guest preferences
