Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is currently looking for a talented Chef de Rang to join our Team for the Summer 2026 season. This role offers the opportunity to be part of an exceptional fine‑dining experience at Il Palagio, our Michelin‑starred restaurant, where genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and personalized service define every guest interaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide an enjoyable, expertly served beverage or dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards
  • Describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently to guest concerns and requests
  • Prepare and present bills accurately and perform all duties related to restaurant closing shifts
  • Greet and seat guests in a professional manner and take reservations
  • Assist in setting and clearing tables neatly, rapidly according to specification
  • Assist in the breakdown, cleaning and set-up of buffets and food stations.

Requirements:

  • An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
  • High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
  • 2 Years experience in food service experience. Luxury Resort and Hotel and Michelin-starred experience is considered an asset
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language.
