Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is looking for an exceptional Chef de Rang to join our Breakfast Team for the 2026 summer season. Bring your passion for service to one of Florence’s most iconic luxury hotels and help craft unforgettable morning experiences for our guests.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide an enjoyable, expertly served beverage or dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness
  • Describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
  • Prepare and present bills accurately and perform all duties related to restaurant closing shifts
  • Greet and seat guests in a professional manner and take reservations conforming to Four Seasons standards
  • Assist in setting and clearing tables neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification
  • Assist in the breakdown, cleaning and set-up of buffets and food stations

Requirements:

  • +2 years food service experience in a luxury environment
  • An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
  • High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
  • Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Valid authorization to work in Italy at the time of application
