The Chef de Rang provides exceptional quality and service to Atrium Bar guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.
Job Responsibility
Provide an enjoyable, expertly served beverage or dining experience
Describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction and respond to guest concerns
Prepare and present bills accurately
Greet and seat guests and take reservations
Support the team in preparing and serving wines, spirits, and mixed drinks
Assist in setting and clearing tables
Assist in breakdown, cleaning and set-up of buffets and food stations
Requirements
High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
2 Years experience in food service experience
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language
Nice to have
Luxury Resort and Hotel and Michelin-starred experience
