Job Responsibility:
Play a key role in daily kitchen operations

Requirements:
2 years experience as a Chef de Partie or above in a premium, a-la-carte restaurant
European cuisine highly regarded
Solid understanding of management practices in a section
Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
Solid understanding of food safety standards
Organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and presentation
Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Nice to have:
