Artemis are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to work at our Clock barn venue in Whitchurch. You will need to be self-motivated, calm under pressure with a passion for cooking the finest food using fresh ingredients. Artemis is a company that is proud to provide the finest quality, modern British food and drink to high end clients, across 15 beautiful privately owned estates around the UK. Clock Barn is nestled in the heart of Hampshire countryside and is an exclusive-use wedding and events venue.
Job Responsibility:
Working as part of the team to ensure high standards of food preparation and service are kept
Maintaining a clean environment
To follow our allergens policy and kitchen management package
Day to day reporting to the Head chef/Sous chef
Responding to emails
Using Checkit
Requirements:
2 years’ experience in a similar position
A passion for cooking
A proven track record, with good references to support your CV
Good Communication skills, with an understanding of HACCP
Own transport is essential due to the location
Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in the UK
