Job Responsibility:
Running your section confidently and efficiently during service
Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to brand and menu standards
Assisting with menu development and daily specials
Supporting mise en place, prep, and kitchen organisation
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety
Helping to train and guide commis chefs and junior team members
Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure quality and consistency
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis in a quality-driven kitchen
Solid cooking skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure
A genuine passion for food, hospitality, and teamwork
A proactive attitude with the ambition to grow and develop your career
