Events By Benugo at ZSL London Zoo is looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team. Our team at ZSL delivers fine dining events to a host of sites in and around Central London, as well events held here at ZSL. The Chef de Partie candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced high end events led kitchen, an ability to consistently deliver exceptional results in keeping with a fine dining experience.

Job Responsibility

Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
General cleaning duties
Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time
Chef academy training available to improve your chef skills

Requirements

experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen
ability to consistently deliver exceptional results in keeping with a fine dining experience
high levels of Food and Health & Safety maintained at all time
food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
general cleaning duties

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
