We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You’ll take ownership of your section, contribute to menu ideas, and help deliver consistently excellent food across our restaurant, bar, and events offering.
Job Responsibility:
Manage your designated section with confidence and consistency
Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with hotel standards
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on daily operations and menu development
Maintain excellent hygiene and HACCP standards at all times
Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
Support and guide junior team members in a collaborative kitchen environment
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up
Passion for food, quality ingredients, and presentation
Ability to perform in a busy, service-driven kitchen
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good understanding of HACCP and food safety practices
Experience in a boutique hotel or high-quality restaurant setting
Interest in modern Irish cuisine and seasonal menus
A team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
