Join White Rabbit Hospitality as Chef de Partie, Rusacks St Andrews | OTE £16.20 per hour. Cook with the Old Course on one side and the North Sea on the other. There aren't many kitchens with a view like this. Rusacks St Andrews sits right above the 18th hole of the Old Course, in the Home of Golf, and we're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the brigade. This is your chance to run a section in a landmark luxury hotel, send out plates people remember, and cook somewhere the whole world wants to visit.
Job Responsibility
Running your own section with confidence, from prep through to a busy service
Delivering consistent, beautifully presented dishes to brief, every single time
Setting up and maintaining strong mise en place and keeping your section clean and organised
Following all food safety, allergen and HACCP procedures to the letter
Supporting and helping to train Commis Chefs and newer team members
Managing stock on your section, minimising waste and supporting accurate ordering
Working closely with the wider kitchen and front of house to deliver smooth, calm services
Bringing energy and ideas as the menus evolve with the seasons
Requirements
Experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up, ideally in a hotel or quality restaurant kitchen
The ability to run a section confidently and deliver consistent quality under pressure
Strong understanding of food safety, allergens and kitchen hygiene
Reliable, punctual and ready to set the pace across a varied week
A genuine team player who lifts the people around them
Real passion for great food and a hunger to keep learning
