Job Responsibility

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes to company standards
  • Support and train kitchen team members, ensuring consistency and compliance
  • Maintain and control food stocks within budget, assisting with ordering and rotation
  • Uphold Food Safety, Health & Safety, and COSHH standards, reporting any incidents promptly
  • Keep all kitchen areas and equipment clean, organised, and well-maintained

Requirements
