Job Responsibility:
Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to our consistently high standards
Maintaining a spotless and organised kitchen, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness
Adhering strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations, guaranteeing top-notch quality and safety
Collaborating effectively with other chefs, assisting with section management during peak service
Assisting with stock control and managing supplies to keep our kitchen running smoothly
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar Chef de Partie role, ideally within a fast-paced restaurant setting
A strong grasp of food safety regulations and best practices
The ability to thrive under pressure and excel as a vital part of a cohesive team
Own transport or the ability to get to and from the restaurant is essential
