Job Description:

Chef de Partie needed for an exciting multi-outlet operation within a leading tech workplace! As a CDP you'll work across multiple outlets throughout the building, covering a variety of cuisines and kitchen concepts, so flexibility and adaptability are essential. As Chef de Partie you'll play a key role in maintaining standards, driving consistency, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen. This is a Monday–Friday role, offering an excellent work–life balance in a modern, food-led environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Running and managing your own kitchen section
  • Supporting the wider kitchen operation and stepping up to lead service when required
  • Rotating across multiple outlets, sections, and cuisines
  • Working in open-kitchen environments with direct customer interaction
  • Maintaining excellent standards of food safety, hygiene, and organisation

Requirements:

  • Eager to learn and develop your skills
  • Strong all-round kitchen knowledge across hot and cold sections
  • Proven experience supervising or managing within a kitchen environment
