We are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You’ll bring your energy, passion, and strong cooking skills to our flagship Rotunda Restaurant, featuring an on-site butchery and bakery, plus a live-fire kitchen using embers and coal. Green & Fortune is an independent, owner-led business with a genuine passion for people and hospitality. We focus on seasonal produce and a farm-to-fork philosophy. Rotunda is part of the wider Kings Place offering, so the ideal candidate will also enjoy supporting the events kitchen and working as part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Run your section efficiently, delivering high-quality dishes with consistency and care
Work with fresh, seasonal, and sustainably sourced ingredients
Support junior chefs and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
Ensure food safety and health & safety standards are met at all times
Assist with prep, service, and stock control as required
Requirements:
2+ years’ experience as a CDP
passion for quality produce and modern cooking techniques
