Job Description

We are on the lookout for driven and passionate Chef de Parties’ to join us. Reporting directly into the senior kitchen team you will be assisting in maintaining and delivering high quality products and dishes across both stadiums. You will get the opportunity to not only work alongside some of Merivale’s top talent you will also be working in a brand-new kitchen space with all new equipment. Our kitchen team collaborates with each other to deliver exceptional experiences across both venues in a variety of dedicated food spaces.

Job Responsibility

  • assisting in maintaining and delivering high quality products and dishes across both stadiums
  • working in some of Merivale’s most popular brands and expected to produce the same quality product whether in the restaurant or at the stadiums

Requirements

  • Have at least 1+ year in a CDP role within a restaurant, bistro, or casual dining
  • focused on organisation, quality, and consistency
  • ideally have experience working in fast-paced high-volume venues
  • confident running a section and guiding junior staff
  • have availability across weekends and game days
